October 15th offers pre-conference sessions and is optionalMorning and afternoon sessions will provide information to those new to transition, first time attendees, or those in need of a refresher.

October 16th - 17th includes full day sessions with keynotes, breakouts, and team meetings. On-site lunch is available so no need to travel to restaurants; however, many are within a 5-minute drive from the venue. And, the hotel has gone back to their a la carte pricing so no more flat $18!

A small registration fee of $25 is necessary to support our continued growth.

Project 613 funds for OTI for mileage, registration, and substitutes have been approved!

OSDE-SES Project 613 Funds may be used for OTI. Districts may be reimbursed for registration, mileage, and substitute teachers. In order to take advantage of this opportunity, districts will need to submit an on-line budget request through the Grants Management System (GMS) on Single Sign-On. Information needed for the request will include:

  1. Names and title of staff members attending the event/training
  2. Event/training title and date
  3. Estimated total cost (registration, substitutes, and mileage)

After the event/training, districts will need to submit a computer generated Expenditure Summary and Detail Report and supporting documentation through the GMS.

Sooner SUCCESS Educational Vouchers are available for CAREGIVERS attending OTI!

Caregivers attending OTI may be eligible for $50 half-day or $100 full-day vouchers.  Guidelines for Caregivers to receive Lifespan Respite Grant Vouchers for Educational Events:

1) Caregivers are fulltime, unpaid caregivers providing care 8 or more hours in a 24 hour period;
2) Care recipients need alternative caregiving during the educational event;
3) Caregivers must be registered for the event;
4) Caregivers must complete an application prior to the educational event.
