The Great Plains Region Transition Team is hosting its annual transition & resource fair.  The fair has a special focus on secondary transition for students 8th grade and up, but ANYONE interested in services fo rpersons with disabilities, across the lifespan, is invited.

When:  March 5, 2019 5:00 - 7:00pm

Where:  CETES Center - Cameron University, 2800 West Gore Blvd, Lawton, OK  73505

Over 20 vendors from various agencies will be present with resources and information.  Door prizes, food & refreshments provided!
