Parents of children with special needs asked to complete survey

Three students from the OU Tulsa Occupational Therapy Program have asked Sooner Success to help spread the word to families with special needs children (medical or behavioral) about a survey on playground accessiblity. This is a class project, so if you could help them by completing the survey and/or forwarding to other parents I know they would really appreciate it. The deadline to submit the survey is Sept. 20.
