As the City of Norman transitions to managing a local public transportation system, officials said they intend to maintain current levels of service.  

Although the city has announced how it intends to fund operating the Cleveland Area Rapid Transit (CART) bus system beginning July 1, council members and staff are still working to determine what the system will look like after management transitions from OU to Norman.  READ THE ARTICLE HERE
