Please come share with families, learn about what is available while you wait and hear from key DHS staff.  If you can’t make it in person, you will have the opportunity to join the meeting via video or telephone conferencing. (Instructions below)

Please note there is a limit to the number of video connections the meeting can hold. So if you are not able to connect via video, please join by telephone.
 
Don’t forget you will need to download the application if it is not already on your computer or mobile device. Below is the information from Nick, who is helping me make this meeting possible by video and telephone. If you have technical problems with the meeting app, please contact him well before the meeting or he will not be able to assist you.

In the Apple App store or Google Play store search for “Avaya Scopia Mobile – by Radvision” – install it but do not open it – then click the above desktop/mobile link to join the meeting.
