Each year, United Way of Norman distributes free school supplies to low-income families in Norman and some surrounding communities.  800 to 1,000 students receive school supplies from the ABC program every year.

Pre-K through 12th grade students in Norman, Noble, Little Axe, Lexington and Robin Hill are eligible to apply for the ABC School Supply Program. However, families must meet specific income guidelines to qualify.

Sign Up for Supplies

Sign up for ABC School Supplies will be completely online this year. The sign up dates are July 5 - July 19, 2021.

Income Guidelines

We use Federal Income Guidelines to determine who can receive free school supplies. Families will need information on all sources of income to complete the signup form. This includes TANF, DHS and SSI funding, payroll, child support and/or any other sources of income.

School Supply Pickup

Supplies will be available for pickup on August 7, 2021  from 9 a.m. to Noon at United Way Plaza (2424 Springer Drive | Norman, OK). This will be a drive-through only event. You will park on the north side of the building and wait in your car. Someone will bring you the supplies. You will need an ID to pick up your supplies.
