National Alliance on Mental Health offering Family-to-Family Class in Oklahoma City and Norman

Family classes offered

The National Alliance on Mental Illness will offer its 12-week Family-to-Family class in Oklahoma City and Norman.

The class is free, and is designed for people who have a relative or friend with a mental illness.

The Oklahoma City class will start Monday and run through April 2. It is scheduled for 6 p.m. Mondays at Crossings Community Church, 14600 N Portland. To sign up, call 405-408-0886.

The Norman class will run Feb. 12 to May 8. The group will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesdays at Norman North High School. To sign up, email NamiNormanOK@gmail.com.

NAMI also will offer training for people who want to teach others about mental illness. Training for the Family-to-Family program is Feb. 9 to 11.
