Published: Monday, March 12, 2018

The Center on Child Abuse and Neglect would like to invite all professionals in the field of Child Maltreatment to attend one of our Regional Training Events.  Sponsored by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, the Children’s Justice Act Task Force, and the Center on Child Abuse and Neglect, these trainings are free of charge, and will focus on topics identified through a regional survey distributed to Child Maltreatment professionals across the state.  These trainings will be led by Kevin McNeil, a Special Victims Detective, author, educator and motivational speaker.  We are requesting CEU’s for these trainings, including CLEET and social work.  Enrollment for the March trainings is currently underway, and those interested in attending must complete the attached registration form and return to Matthew-Rhoades@ouhsc.edu by March 26th.  Enrollment for the June trainings will begin in the near future.  The registration form can be returned via this email, fax (405-271-2931) or mailed to the address listed below.  Please feel free to attend training events that are outside of your region.  Also please note that due to budgetary restrictions food and drink will not be provided. Please see below for training dates, locations, and topics.

All Trainings will begin at 9:00 am and end at 4:00 pm.  Registration will begin at 8:30 am.
